Customization & Training

An integral part of the PFM Future Perfect service offering is our Customization and Training Program. This Program is designed to develop a model that is tailored to perfectly match your institution’s accounting and aesthetic preferences. More importantly, over the course of the Program our PFM Future Perfect base architecture is reorganized and re-wired to reflect the substance of your financial decision-making; it becomes an intuitive extension of how your institution behaves and thinks about itself.

The Program also uses the customization of your institution’s model to teach users not only how to use the model, but also how to edit, manipulate, and modify the model going forward. The Program downloads our intellectual capital to you, so that in the end you own the model as though you built it in-house.

The Customization and Training Program is fully documented, and the documentation is included in our service offering. It is taught over three multi-day sessions, with some amount of data collection, design work, and model modification expected between formal training sessions.
