Ms. Doyle joined Public Financial Management's Financial Advisory practice in 1997.

The financial advisory work that Ms. Doyle has been involved with includes structuring both tax-exempt and taxable bond issues, conducting both the competitive and negotiated bond sale processes by traditional methods as well as via the Internet, structuring new money issues, performing refunding analyses and structuring refunding escrows. Her municipal experience includes financings for local government units such as school districts, counties, townships, boroughs, and community colleges as well as authority financings.

As a Project manager, Ms. Doyle has developed financing strategies for a variety of financing transactions and has prepared presentations for clients, credit rating agencies and municipal bond insurance companies. In addition to fixed rate bonds and bank loans, she also has extensive experience in structuring and managing variable rate bond pool loans from the various Emmaus Bond Pool Programs which PFM administrates.

Due to Ms. Doyle's extensive experience with Pennsylvania school district financings, she assisted the Pennsylvania Association of School Business Officials (PASBO) in the development of the "Elements of School Finance" seminar which she regularly presents for school business officials.

Prior to joining PFM, Ms. Doyle graduated from Susquehanna University where she received a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration with an emphasis in marketing
