Mr. Clinton is a Senior Managing Consultant for PFM and divides his time between the San Francisco and Oakland offices. He has over 20 years of financial services experience. He has a diverse base of clients which include transportation agencies, local and state governmental entities. He has advised clients on the issuance of over $8 billion of tax exempt debt.

He has served as a financial advisor to the Bay Area Rapid Transit District for over nine years and assisted this regional transit agency in financial planning, debt management and evaluation and implementation of structured products. During this time, he has assisted on three extensions to the line including the San Francisco International Airport extension, which included the issuance of debt securitized by an FTA grant, and the securitization of SFO premium fare revenues. He also advised on the leasing of Qualified Technological Equipment, A and B Car renovation programs, and the establishment of a commercial paper program and take out.

Mr. Clinton has a very broad base of experience having worked for Wall Street investment banks and global commercial banks. He earned an MBA from Babcock Graduate School at Wake Forest University, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from North Carolina A&T State University.
