Ms. DeMoors joined PFM in December 2004, and is based in the firm's Arlington office. She provides day-to-day project management for a number of PFM's Virginia and metropolitan Washington, D.C. area clients, providing a broad range of services including identification of financing alternatives for projects, debt capacity analyses, and bond issuance execution.

Prior to joining PFM, Ms. DeMoors worked as a consultant with TransTech Management, Inc. She has over ten years of experience in financial analysis of infrastructure issues. Ms. DeMoors has conducted numerous financial, economic, and management analyses in support of transportation, water resource, and other environmental and infrastructure programs at the federal, state, and local levels. Ms. DeMoors previously worked as a consultant for both Hagler Bailly's and Apogee Research's transportation practices.

Ms. DeMoors earned her Masters in Public Administration (concentration in finance) from the Maxwell School at Syracuse University and a dual Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Environmental Studies from Binghamton University.
